Analog circuit design engineer

Job description:

OB description:

1. Participate in the definition of the chip, determine the overall structure of the analog circuit, and independently complete the modeling, design, simulation and verification of the circuit.

2. Compile technical documents for analog circuits;

3. Plan the layout, guide and assist the layout engineer to complete the layout design to ensure that the layout meets the circuit design requirements;

4. Cooperate with test engineers to formulate test specifications and complete chip simulation circuit testing.

5. Assist application engineers and field application engineers to solve problems in the mass production of chips.

Job responsibilities:

1. Major in Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering

2. Familiar with the design methods of analog integrated circuits, have a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and process flow, and have a deep understanding of CMOS/BCD process;

3. Proficiency in using analog circuit-level design tools, such as Cadence or Synopsys;

4. Experience in mass production of integrated circuits, power management IC development experience is preferred.

5. Have good teamwork skills, communication skills, learning skills and problem analysis and processing skills, and can cooperate with R&D team members to achieve the set goals;

6. Good English reading ability.
