Technical Team

With the scientific research strength of the School of Information Studies, Fudan University, the project has carried out three years of product development and market application preparation. The R&D team, established in Shanghai in 2014, was supported by Fudan University and the Shanghai Science and Technology Bureau.

During the preparatory period, we obtained 6 national patents and published 5 papers. Based on the second-generation semiconductor technology, we have developed and mass-produced a series of WiFi/WCDMA/TD-sCDMA/TD-LTE RF integrated chips with our own property rights.

With our technology reserves, we are capable of developing products that cover the IoT and BeiDou/GPS navigation markets.

Effective industrial chain system construction has been carried out. It includes GaAs Foundry/SOI Foundry/CMOS Foundry/substrate factory/packaging and testing plant and so on. We have established good relationships with technical and marketing executives, we recognise the team’s pioneering ability and are able to obtain more support and favorable business conditions.
